Pamela Anderson
Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson’s last divorce was her fourth. Or maybe fifth. No one knows. She divorced Mötley Crüe drummer and all-around bad boy Tommy Lee in 1998. Then, she divorced Kid Rock after a year-long marriage. Then, she married and divorced Rick Salomon two or three times.
In 2020, Anderson married Hollywood producer Jon Peters. 12 days later, Pammy announced she and Peters had separated. On Christmas Eve, 2020, Anderson married her bodyguard Dan Hayhurst. Less than a month later, she announced that they had split up!
Billy Bob Thornton
Fargo star Billy Bob Thornton has been married six times and divorced five times. He wed his first wife, Melissa Lee Gatlin, in 1978 — and over the next two decades, he also married and divorced Toni Lawrence, Cynda Williams, and Pietra Thornton.
Billy Bob punched above his weight (and age) when he married Angelina Jolie in 2000 — all whilst he was engaged to actress Laura Dern. During an interview with Talk magazine, Dern claimed that “while I was away, my boyfriend got married, and I’ve never heard from him again.” Just a few years later, though, Angie and Billy Bob split up. Thornton married his sixth wife, Connie Angland, in 2014.
Jennifer Lopez
J.Lo has been married four times and divorced three. Her first short-lived marriage was to Cuban actor and producer Ojani Noa in 1997. She then married dancer Cris Judd for two years, divorcing in 2003. She planned to marry Ben Affleck around 2002, but when things didn’t work out, she got hitched to Latin salsa singer and fellow serial divorcee Marc Anthony in 2004.
10 years and two kids later, they divorced in 2014. Then, in a Hollywood twist everyone hoped they’d see, 20 years after they first got engaged, Jennifer and Ben Affleck officially said “I do” in July 2022.
Gary Oldman
Englishman Gary Oldman is one of the most versatile actors out there — and he’s played the role of husband five times. He left his first wife, English actress Lesley Manville, three months after their son was born. Bad Gary! Next on his impressive resume was Uma Thurman, which lasted for two years before he became engaged to Isabella Rossellini.
Gary’s third ex-wife was Linda Fiorentino’s model sister, Donya. His fourth ex-wife was musician Alexandra Edenborough. In 2017, Gary married photographer Gisele Schmidt. So far, they’re still together… for now.
Cary Grant
Cary Grant was born Archibald Leach in Bristol, England. He traveled to America to make it in Hollywood and became one of Tinseltown’s brightest stars. He first married Virginia Cherrill in 1934, followed by Barbara Hutton in 1942. Cary’s third wife was Betsy Drake in 1949 and Dyan Cannon in 1965.
In 1981, he wed his last wife, Barbara Harris, a British PR agent who was 47 years his junior. Prince Rainier of Monaco said his friend had “never been happier” than he was with Barbara. Cary passed away in 1986.
George Foreman
George Foreman has had two lives. The first saw him become the world heavyweight champion. He had four wives between 1971 and 1985. Then, after a near-death experience, he became a born-again Christian pastor. In 1985, he married St. Lucian Mary Joan Martelly, who had a vision of George becoming a champion again.
He shocked the world to become the oldest heavyweight champ at 45. He’s been with Mary ever since. George also invented the George Foreman Grill and had 12 children… all the boys are named George! Check out his story in the 2023 biopic Big George Foreman.
Sean Bean
Short-lived Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones star Sean Bean has been wed nearly as many times as he’s died on screen. He’s entered the holy matrimony of wedlock five times and divorced four times. He first married in 1981, aged 21, and last married in 2017.
His four ex-wives are high school sweetheart and hairdresser Debra James and actresses Melanie Hill, Abigail Cruttenden, and Georgina Sutcliffe. His current wife is Ashley Moore, whom he married in 2017. Thankfully, it wasn’t a Red Wedding.
Marilyn Monroe
Marilyn married and divorced three times, but she could have married many famous boyfriends. First, Norma Jeane Baker married sailor James Dougherty in 1942 was she was just 16 years old. It lasted four years. After becoming a pin-up and famous actress, Marilyn married ex-baseball star Joe DiMaggio, but that disaster lasted one year.
Finally, Marilyn married and divorced playwright Arthur Miller. But, Marilyn’s famous boyfriends included Frank Sinatra, Jerry Lewis, Marlon Brando, Charlie Chaplin, Jr., Milton Berle, Elia Kazan, and a couple of Kennedy brothers!
Frank Sinatra
Ol’ Blue Eyes always did do things “My Way”. In 1939, he married his childhood sweetheart, Nancy Barbato. But to further his career, he abandoned her and their three children to marry Hollywood star Ava Gardner after Mickey Rooney was done with her. Frank and Ava were married for six years between 1951 and ‘57.
Then, Frank hooked up with Marilyn Monroe. In 1966, Sinatra married actress Mia Farrow, but they divorced after two years. Lastly, he married Barbara Marx in 1976, and they were together until his passing in 1998.
